Heritage Pointe Sales Announcement

Geosam is proud to announce that we have officially closed out our land position in Heritage Pointe, a Gainesville, GA community. Geosam originally purchased the remaining developed lots in phase 1 and over 200 acres of entitled land. We have since developed and sold three fully developed phases to a national homebuilder for a total of over 225 single family lots.

The final 85.45-acre tract remaining in the community is permitted for 95 single family lots and was sold with one fully developed model home lot.

We are proud of our contributions to this development and look forward to seeing the finished community.
